He welcomed us as though he had looked us up and issued the invitation personally.<br /><br />His sweetness really impressed me, though I actually said practically nothing--all I wanted to do was listen. He was like a gold mine, and his memory was really great. In fact, he seemed charmed that one of those "kids" actually knew so much about him.
